runza for lunch

Scot had been working outside the home the past few weeks. Now, This week he will be working from home again. So that means I have to make lunch-real lunch as he calls it; not PB&J or cheesy tortillas. It is a gloomy day and is suppose to be rainy so I felt like baking. I decided to make sandwiches filled with cabbage and ground beef. In Nebraska these are called Runzas. I found a recipe for these in the church cookbook that I have been wanting to try. I ended up with so much extra dough that I decided to make cinnamon rolls with the remaining dough. Cade was thrilled to come home from school to find warm Cinnamon rolls.
