QUICK CINNAMON ROLLS

This is another recipe from one of those garage sale find pamphlets. This recipe comes from one called Bread Basket Favorites. The Boys and I made these rolls for breakfast a few days ago. Cade and Quinn helped by measuring and dumping the ingredients and rolling the dough. The recipe turned out and made over a dozen large cinnamon rolls.

Quick Cinnamon Rolls
They will think you've worked for hours

1 yellow cake mix
2 pkgs dry yeast
6 c. flour
21/2 c. hot water
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter melted
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Frosting:
1 # powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk

Combine cake mix, yeast, and 2 cups of flour. Add hot water and eggs. Add 4 cups of flour. Roll dough out on floured surface. Spread with Set in warm place, let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Frost immediately.
