Not the same old chicken.....
4 pound chicken
1/4 cup mayo
1 pkg onion soup mix
1/2 cup Russian Dressing ( i used Western)
1 cup Apricot preserves
Arrange chicken in an ungreased 13x9 baking pan; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients; spread over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 4.
