Meatless main dishes: Spinach Tortellini Casserole

20 ounces cheese tortellini- cooked according to pkg directions
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 T olive oil
1 pound fresh spinach washed
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 cups parmesan cheese grated

Place cooked tortellini in a greased 3 quart casserole dish.
Saute onion in oil. Add spinach, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, whipping cream and 1 cup parmesan cheese. Pour over the tortellini.
Sprinkle remaining cup of parmesan cheese on top of the tortellini mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
